January 23rd – Tables Summarizing Wage, Rent, And Rent Burden for 2014 vs. 2018

Hi all,

I used some of the available rental data from other COLA members and summarized the changes from 2014-2018. Please find rental rate increases, wage increases, and rent burdens.
Please let me know if you find something that needs to be changed. 5-8 Bedroom homes were considered to be 5 bedrooms.
